Where to Stay in Dinagat Islands
The town has a few hostel, lodges and pension houses to choose from. Aside from the more popular Bahay Turista Mini Chalet at the tourism office, you may also check out Rose Pink Lodge located at the Poblacion of San Jose where we stayed for a night during our visit to Dinagat Islands.
Rose Pink Lodge is a 2-storey house that offers basic accommodation. They have several aircon and non-aircon rooms to choose from. Room rates starts at around 500 pesos per night, good for 2 persons. Nothing so fancy with the room though, but it’s clean and spacious. The private toilet and bath is a bit small but clean. There’s also a balcony at one side of the lodge facing the main street where you could breath some fresh air. It’s near the port and other commercial and business establishments. Overall, Rose Pink Lodge is a nice place to stay in San Jose, Dinagat Islands.
