With proper care, your teeth and gums can stay healthy throughout your life. The healthier your teeth and gums are, the less risk you have for tooth decay and gum disease.
There are different ways to protect your teeth.
1, Prioritize the floss, so that you can toothbrush effectively by removing foods in between the teeth. To clean the inside of the bottom front teeth, angle the head in an up-and-down position toward the bottom inside of the mouth and move the toothbrush in a small circle.
2, If without floss, you can use toothpick, but be cautious, avoid excessive pressure because it can damage your gums.
3, The bristle of your toothbrush may limp, and curve of constant use. Replace your toothbrush with a new one every three to four months. When you get sick, avoid germs. Don’t use your old toothbrush, replace your toothbrush before and after you get sick.
4, If coffee is your favorite, red wine and other food that can tarnish the teeth, tried to brush with baking soda twice a month. Just the same way to regular tooth brushing.
5, Toothbrush immediately after eating food that can tarnish the teeth, such as coffee and cigarettes.
6, Give time to brush your tongue. Many germs live on the tongue, and one of the reasons for bad breath. Give your tongue a few gentle brush strokes, brushing from the back of your tongue forward. This helps remove bacteria and freshens your breath.
7, If you drink many medicines, it can dries your saliva in the mouth. To constantly moist your mouth, drink plenty of water or chewing sugarless gum after meals.
Good oral hygiene, including brushing and flossing at least once every day can help prevent gum infections, cavities, and tooth loss. Having your teeth cleaned and checked by a dentist or dental hygienist at least once a year also is important.
