The Sabila in Filipinos or Aloe Vera has the scientific name, Aloe Barbadensis Miller liquid. It is a herbal plant or herbs that is known for its medicinal properties. However, this plant is also rich in substances that can help in various diseases and ailments. The aloe vera plant has been found to have large contributions to health, both internally and externally. Research studies have shown that it has properties comprising of inhibitory, anti-inflammatory, regenerative and anti-bacterial.
Preparations based on aloe vera as the main ingredient has been effective in reducing pain and allergies. Similarly, some properties are responsible for cell regeneration causing cuts and bleeding close easily and heal more quickly.
