Amaya, has dominated the race for primetime supremacy after its successive lead in TV ratings in the nationwide survey for June 2011. This is according to the more widely recognized TV ratings data supplier Nielsen TV Audience Measurement.

For the covered period, Kapuso Network’s first-of-its-kind soap opera is currently the highest rating program on primetime TV as it finished June with 37.5 household share points in Mega Manila and 36.7 household share points in Luzon.

Amaya also made it to the list of overall top 30 programs nationwide. It performed well in Urban Luzon which makes up 77 percent of total television households in the country and in Mega Manila which comprises the bulk of the country’s total television household population at 58 percent.

Marian Rivera (born Marian Gracia Rivera in Madrid, Spain) is a Filipina actress and occasional singer-dancer. Her first TV role came in 2005 via TAPE Inc.’s afternoon drama, Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako in the lead that was aired in GMA Network. However, her break out role did not come until 2007 when she was cast for the title role in the Philippine remake of MariMar. Marian Rivera is currently GMA Network’s talents.

Marian Rivera was born in Madrid, Spain to Francisco Javier Gracia Alonso, a Spaniard and Amalia Rivera, a Filipina of Cavitena descent.

Rivera first starred in an afternoon soap opera for TAPE Inc. and GMA Network, including Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako, Agawin Mo Man Ang Lahat and Pinakamamahal along with Oyo Boy Sotto. She was also seen in Enteng Kabisote 2: Okay Ka Fairy Ko: The Legend Continues, as well with Oyo Boy

Angel Locsin once again is FHM Philippines’ Sexiest Woman in the World for 2010. Angel Locsin who wins this respected competition on 2005 received a total of 284,156 text and online votes. Last year’s leader, Cristine Reyes, came in second with 227,390 votes while kapuso primetime queen Marian Rivera settled for third with 218,742 votes.


Marissa Miller, on the other hand, is pronounced the FHM global winner by the FHM International Network.

Marian and Dingdong travel to Dubai to be a guest of Ogie and Regine show yesterday. They confirm that after Dubai, they want to go to Madrid Spain to met Marian’s father. The lovers are very excited of their travel.

Marian says, she has no time to entertain the issue that his ex bf exposed about their past relationship (live-in issue). Marian thinks that his ex bf used her because Ervic wanted to join showbiz.

Marian was the most excited of all because she’s planning this long time ago, and now it is a reality. Most especially she traveled with her lover Dingdong Dantes.

When ask about the reason of their break-up…

Pinanghawakan ko ‘yung sinabi niya na trabaho lang ‘yung sa kanila ni Dindong. Malaki kasi ang tiwala ko sa kanya dahil 8 years ‘yung relationship namin. On and off ‘yung relationship namin. ‘Yung huli lang, du’n na natapos, nakipaghiwalay na siya sa akin. ‘Yung rumors tungkol sa kanila ni Dingdong, ‘yun na pala ‘yon.”

When asked about the veracity of rumors saying that he and Marian lived-in together as common law husband and wife, Ervic answered with an affirmative nod.
