Actor-dancer Rayver Cruz no longer paints a vague picture about his romance with young sexy actress Cristine Reyes. He admits spending time with Cristine.

Rayver Cruz is a member of the Cruz family, a noted family line in the Philippine entertainment industry. He has two older brothers, Rodjun Cruz and Omar Cruz-Ilustre. His father, Rodolfo Cruz, Sr. (1934–2009), recently died from kidney failure. Rayver Cruz is currently part of ABS-CBN contract talents. Rayver also appears on the noontime variety show ASAP XV. He finished Grade 6 in Maria Montessori School in Visayas Ave Quezon City. He is a talent of Star Magic.

Rayver Cruz started as a child actor in the GMA show Kiss Muna but later moved to ABS-CBN. His first lead role was via the primetime TV series Spirits as Red in (2005) with actress Maja

Actress Cristine Reyes said she is very excited to start working on Reputasyon, a new soap opera to be shown on ABS-CBN, because she will be starring with real-life boyfriend Rayver Cruz in the TV series.

Christine said that she loves the idea of working alongside Rayver as it will let them see more of each other. “I’m very happy because we’ll get to see each other during tapings, and we won’t have to struggle with time.”

However, she is also quick to dismiss the possibility of their personal life getting in the way of work. Christine says, “We don’t mix our personal and professional lives. In fact, being with him [Rayver] at work will be helpful because I’ll have someone to talk to when I get bored.”

When floods caused by tropical storm Ondoy hit his subdivision, actor Jericho Rosales decided to help out the best way he knew – by surfing.

It was about 4 p.m. on September 26 – the day the typhoon hit hardest – when Rosales received news that several people in Loyola Grand Villas (LGV) were already stuck on the upper floors of their homes.

LGV, an upscale subdivision adjacent to La Vista subdivision in Quezon City, is located at the border of Katipunan Avenue and Marikina City.

Earlier, the actor had seen the heavy rains when he woke up and decided to take photos of the swelling Marikina River and to get food for his family, whom he had asked to stay at his house in case of floods in their area.
