Cranberry White Chocolate Treats
These rice treats get the pink treatment!

Cranberry White Chocolate Recipes
1/2 cup unsalted butter
52/3 cups mint marsmallow
3/4 cup chopped white chocolate
1/4 cup strawberry or vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon red liquid food coloring
7 cups rice crispies
1 cup dried canberries
1, Line a 13×9 inch baking pan with foil, extending foil 2 inches beyond the edges.
2, In a 6 quart pot, melt butter over over medium low heat. Add marshmallow and stir with a rubber spatula until almost melted.
3, Stir in chocolate, jam, extract, and food coloring and continue to stir until mixture is blended and smooth.
4, Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and canberries until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
5, Press mixture into pan in an even layer and cool completely.
6, Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into 24 squares. Store in an airtight container.
Cook’s tip: If your strawberry extract is already tinted, omit red food coloring.
