this pertains to the announcement of LTFRB-7 Dir. Bernarles on allowing drivers to collect the increase of P0.50 from the commuters even without yet an issuance of a notice or certification from LTFRB. i believe he should require first the drivers to get the hard copy of notice or ceritification to avoid complaints or confusion from those who have not heard the news over the radio or read such in newspapers. The commuters have been used to not make complaints if they could only read legal notices for such new developments.
